Recent
ADVICE – Miranda provided consultant and advising services to the newly created CanAsian Arts Network on taking a decolonial approach to a platform intended to provide networking and promotional opportunities for Asian Canadian artists.
RESEARCH – Miranda completed archival research utilizing local and national memory institutions along with oral history accounts to create reports on historical information. Recent clients have included Inuvialuit Regional Corporation and Cooper Regel.
ENGAGEMENT – Miranda worked with the Canadian Commission for UNESCO to gather youth from across Turtle Island and Aotearoa in virtual conversations on activism and self-care. The wisdom shared will be honoured in a forthcoming public document.
DESIGN – Miranda created a staff survey for the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees‘ Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Committee to collect data on the presence of racism and discrimination in the workplace.
